Oh dear. After a couple of days of lovely sunshine it's now really quite yuk. I was going to walk somewhere this evening and now I'm not. How very very depressing.
I do hope that was not the entire summer that we've just experienced ... I hope it is sunny and pleasant where you are today!

Hey there, strawb! Here in far norzern jurope it is warm and sunny. And the sea is warm enough to swim, and the herrings are sweet, beer cold. Is there more to life than this? I don't think so.
You're right about women bishops. We poor humble Lutherans have had them for years without any obvious catastrophe, lightning striking us or divine retribution breaking out everywhere. But maybe God cares less about Lutherans than CofE - He is an Englishman, after all.
